Sometimes we find ourselves feeling "stuck," whether this by not feeling like ourselves or wishing something in life was going differently. I believe good therapy is about more than just receiving empathy and validation. While these are key ingredients to creating a safe space, I also value asking tougher, thought-provoking questions and teaching practical skills so you don't need to be in therapy forever. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s holding you back so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition to being a therapist, I'm also a content creator who is passionate about reducing stigma and empowering others in whatever ways I can. Cost & Insurance

$190 per 50-minute session, $260 per 80-minute session (individuals); $216 per 50-minute session, $290 per 80-minute session (couples)
More and more insurance companies are starting to cover psychotherapy. Please check in with your insurance provider about if individual or couples psychotherapy sessions would be covered. Receipts from sessions are emailed within 24 hours, which can then be submitted to your insurance provider.
