Together, we can explore your present concerns and past traumas and work towards lasting change that helps you progress toward the person and future you desire and deserve.

I believe in a collaborative, non-directive approach that empowers and motivates you throughout the therapeutic process. It’s important to me to not only understand and address your concerns throughout therapy, but also to remind you of your strengths and capacity to contribute to goal setting and problem solving. I value honesty, integrity and compassion within the therapeutic relationship and practice my approach with acceptance, genuineness and empathy. I recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of everyone I meet and customize my approach to suit your distinctive needs. It’s imperative that I provide an open, safe and nonjudgmental environment for you to share your story.

I have been working within the psychology field for seven years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations and various presenting concerns. I am acquainted with and comfortable implementing therapeutic orientations such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques. I have completed numerous certificate courses and workshops to further my professional development in therapeutic techniques and my areas of interest, which include mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.) and trauma/post-traumatic stress. In my clinical work, I treat individuals of all ages, including couples and children.
