About Me
I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist who knows what it’s like to be in therapy. I won’t hand you a list of generic strategies or ask you to tone yourself down. Instead, we’ll get curious about what your body and brain have learned to do in order to survive. And then we’ll help those habits loosen their grip, so you can stop managing your life and start living it.
Specialties
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, career, identity, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients are academics, creatives, or neurodivergent folks trying to make life work on hard mode. Whether you’re overwhelmed, burned out, or just stuck, we’ll slow things down and build something steadier.
How I Work
I have special training in integrative whole-person wellness that's rooted in science. This includes narrative therapy, mindfulness, parts work, somatic experiencing, attachment theory, and emotionally focused approaches. This means we pay attention to what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts. I’ll offer insight, curiosity, and practical tools to help you feel more connected to yourself and others.
Getting Started
Therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself. If you’re ready for something more honest and supportive than surface-level coping skills, let’s talk.
