I work with high-functioning adults navigating burnout,
anxiety, and the weight of over-responsibility. Many of my clients are
professionals who have spent years giving everything to their careers and
everyone around them — and have ended up disconnected from themselves in the
process. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world.
