Lynette J. Hoy, NCC, LCPC, CAMS-V Provides professional counseling and anger management services at CounselCare Connection, P.C. and the Anger Management Institute. We are committed to meeting the needs of people in personal, emotional, mental or relational crisis. We want to provide guidance and resources to help whether you are struggling with depression, anger, anxiety, stress, addictions, abuse, grief, marriage, family, relationship or spiritual issues. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have been credentialed by the National Anger Management Association as a Certified Anger Management Specialist-V, Distinguished Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant. I am the co-author of What's Good About Anger? and the founder and President of the Anger Management Institute. I offer individual, marital and group services for clients from varying religious backgrounds and beliefs.
I am the President of the Anger Management Institute and CounselCare Connection, P.C. I am credentialed by the National Board for Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor. We offer training for Counselors, leaders, pastors, professionals, educators, coaches to obtain the Anger Management Institute Trainer-Specialist Certification through live workshops or distance-learning programs. Lynette has been granted the designation as Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor by the International Board of Christian Counselors. Lynette is the President of CounselCare Connection, P.C. Mrs. Hoy oversees and publishes all courses and training curriculum for both the Anger Management Institute and CounselCare Connection, P.C. Lynette, as a Certified Anger Management Specialist-V with the National Anger Management Association (NAMA) has authority to certify Anger Management Trainers & Specialists through NAMA.
I co-founded CounselCare Connection, an organization providing counseling services and resources for individuals and couples dealing with various personal, relational and mental health issues.

I am a Critical Incident Stress Management provider, and a crisis counselor with the Crisis Care Network providing counseling and debriefing to various companies. I have co-authored all editions of What's Good About Anger?  and have trained hundreds of students and clients in anger and conflict management. I have also certified hundreds of leaders throughout the USA and Canada as Trainers and Specialists in Anger Management.
I am the author of various workbooks, training manuals and articles in anger management. I am a Domestic Violence Advocate having taken the approved Domestic Violence 40-Hour Training program with the Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women's Network.
I have written or am writing for the Godly Business Woman, American Association of Christian Counselors and other publications and I have been interviewed on various radio programs and televised on Primary Focus. I am a seminar presenter for AACC, Rapha, business, community, church and women's groups!
