I am a Clinical Social Worker who specializes in marriage, couples & relationship counselling. This is my passion and over the last decade, I’ve intentionally pursued training, supervision and focused clinical experience helping couples struggling in their relationships.

I use an approach called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). It’s been well researched for more than 20 years and a leading therapy for couples work. Approximately 9 out of 10 couples will experience significant improvement in their relationship and 70-75% experience relationship recovery (meaning re establishing a healthy, connected, strong relationship).

I have been able to help many couples rebuild there relationships and it would be my privilege to work with you.

For Individuals Sessions (50 minutes) $175

I am covered by most insurance plans, but please confirm with them before your first visit.
I can direct bill for certain Blue Cross plans. I accept all major forms of payment and will provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit to your own insurance plan or to keep for income tax purposes.
