I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy for children. Each of these approaches allows us to explore and address your specific concerns, whether they relate to emotional regulation, relationships, self-worth, or managing stress.
