As a counsellor, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different seasons of life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling in your relationships, working through conflict, or simply trying to find your footing, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. This is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

With over 18 years of experience as an educator working with children and families, my extensive background in applied psychology, educational psychology, and counselling therapy serves as a foundation for supporting clients across all age groups.

My journey encompasses a significant chapter working within the education system, where I played a pivotal role in fostering relationships to support student and family well-being and development. This experience fuels my passion for working collaboratively, underlining my commitment to providing a secure and confidential space for collaborative exploration in counselling. My deep-seated desire to connect with people on an emotional level, coupled with a genuine belief in the transformative power of connection, drives my counselling practice. I am dedicated to guiding individuals through life's challenges, offering empathy, understanding, and practical strategies for lasting change. Together, we will explore the transformative possibilities that counselling offers.

At Eakin Counselling, I offer online therapy that’s designed to fit easily into your life and schedule, so getting support doesn’t add extra pressure. I tailor our work to your particular needs and life situation. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, school or learning difficulties, relationship or couple conflicts, anxiety, grief, separation, or simply in search of self-discovery, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space for healing. Drawing on my background in education, psychology, and experience helping children, individuals, couples, and families, I aim to give you practical tools alongside genuine understanding so you can grow stronger, find balance, and walk your path with more ease.
