As a registered psychotherapist, I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are experiencing distress in their close and intimate relationships, as well as with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. I am committed to working with you to improve how you view yourself and others, to strengthen your relationships with those close to you, and to help you to rebuild broken relationships.
I walk alongside clients as they navigate pain and uncertainty in their lives. As human beings we are designed to be in relationships that can be powerful, meaningful, and fulfilling. Yet through these relationships we can often experience overwhelming emotional distress. This does not have to be the case. My counselling approach aims to provide an environment where each client feels valued and safe so that we can journey together towards healing and building healthier relationships.
