Committed to creating a space where Black individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you don’t have to explain your culture, translate your experience, or carry the emotional weight of educating your therapist. I specialize in working with Black clients who are navigating the psychological and emotional impact of racism, systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and the complex intersections of identity, culture, and mental health.
I CAN HELP YOU WITH:
Racial trauma and identity-based stress that impacts your daily life
Anxiety, depression, and burnout—especially when the outside world expects you to keep going
Navigating life transitions like career shifts, relationships, or family roles
Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries within family, work, and community
Emotional support for Black professionals, caregivers, and those often holding space for others
Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to clarify your goals and strengthen your emotional resilience.
BENEFITS OF THERAPY WITH ME:
Reclaiming your sense of self beyond survival
Healing wounds caused by systemic and personal trauma
Building confidence, emotional awareness, and self-trust
A space where you don’t need to code-switch or minimize your experience
