You want a therapist you can trust, with the education and experience you deserve. You will benefit by having a healthy relationship where you can deal with your old hurts, learn new tools to coping, and have the skills to build the relationships that you want in your future.
Dr. Ray is an ordained Presbyterian minister as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He earned a doctorate in ministry and a doctorate in counseling. Dr. Ray specializes in the integration of theology and psychology to prevent and heal relational problems through proven Biblical principles and the best theories and techniques of psychotherapy. See DrRaySmith.com for more information, or call 509.466.6632.
The Healthy Counseling Center in Spokane has other providers: a clinical psychologist for your clarity and assessment, psych nurse practitioner for your medications, clinical social workers so you can have your family and children receive care, and other therapists, even one who is bilingual in Spanish. Your medical insurance or employee assistance program may pay for your counseling.
Dr. Ray also provides Coaching for people who would like more results in a faster time, without using your insurance or having to have a diagnosis on your medical record. Coaching is available for anyone, anywhere, based upon your strengths. (Counseling must be done in Washington State.) Coaching gives more support for growth and transformation. You get unlimited access as a Coaching client.
Would you rather have an in-depth event with dramatic growth? Dr. Ray offers intensives, like a weekend for a married couple, with several sessions for each as well as sessions together. One popular intensive is the Executive Mother High Impact Program where you are picked up at the Spokane Airport, taken to a resort, where you are pampered with spa treatments, gourmet meals (either on your diet or NOT), Coaching Sessions, healing rituals, and options for shopping, worship, and connection with nature [no matter the season] so you're ready to go home revived and refreshed. Taking home some new clothes and attitude is best for all your family and friends. The materials made just for you give you follow up resources you can use for the rest of your life.
