   Reesa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. She graduated with her Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. With a passion for promoting mental health and well-being, Reesa is committed to helping support her community achieve a healthier future.
 
  Reesa is the co-founder for Embrace Renewal Therapy & Wellness Collective. She is LGBTQI+ affirming and culturally sensitive. In addition to her work in private practice, Reesa has worked with a variety of patients through probation and school settings. Reesa pioneered building up a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program within a hospital setting to partner with patients and their partners/families to empower them with skills to navigate some of the most intensive diagnoses. Through this, Reesa has exposure to a gambit of issues that she is ready to put to work towards you and your family's journey towards healing and recovery. 
 
   Reesa has training and experience with the following modalities: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She is a trained Gottman Level II Therapist, a Gottman Leader for the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Workshop and a Bringing Baby Home Educator.
