I help all kinds of people add tools to their mental health toolbox to increase their life satisfaction. My clients are successful business people, stay-at-home parents, programmers, teachers, engineers, sales people, realtors—all different kinds of people who share a common goal of making improvements to their lives and relationships. If you're seeking a counselor, you may be feeling lost, sad, worried, helpless, hopeless, exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated—as we all do at times in our lives. Therapy gives you a safe place to let it all out, sort through your thoughts and emotions, explore what's happening in your life, and take action to make positive changes. Seeking support to assist with life's difficulties is a sign of resilience and a positive step in the right direction. As a licensed therapist and counselor, I have specialized training and experience to help you overcome the obstacles life throws your way.
During difficult times, our relationships with others can make all the difference. Relationships can be a source of support and nurturing, or they can be a source of stress and conflict. Many of my clients feel that something needs to change in their relationships with others. We look for areas that aren't working and focus on how to help those relationships meet everyone's needs better. Therapy is a great place to work on relationships with all kinds of significant people in your life, whether they be your kids, partner, parents, in-laws, friends, siblings, bosses, or colleagues.
Don't wait and hope things improve by themselves! Reaching out for support when you need it is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
