Welcome! My name is Ross Kellogg and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide a style of therapy that is compassionate, direct, and lighthearted. Whether you are looking for support to address a new challenge in your life, or feel like you have been struggling with the same old patterns for years, we can work together to adapt the process to meet your unique goals. We will partner together to get clear about what needs to change, implement tools informed by evidence-based psychotherapy research, and in the end enjoy the benefits of making this investment in yourself. Clients who have worked with me in the past have reported increased self-confidence, improved relationships, a greater sense of calm, and an overall sense of being more present in their body and daily lives.

My expertise lays in helping individuals recover an authentic sense of self and live that out in their daily lives. I consistently and effectively help individuals connect with their authentic self and overcome the struggles of depression and anxiety. My clinical experience includes work with clients from all cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. Reaching positive results is achieved through my unique use of Gestalt Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems approaches. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Staying focused on our goals, I will help you see that life doesn’t have to feel so heavy and moving on from the stuck places is possible.
