Thank you for visiting my profile. I’m Ross Kellogg, M.S., LMFT, a Licensed Individual, Marriage, and Family Therapist. I have nearly 10 years of mental health experience in working with individuals and couples.

Types of therapy provided: 

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Beneficial for addressing current stress through identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns 
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): A therapy combining CBT with mindfulness and values identification work to address compulsive and addictive behaviors 
  • Object Relations Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy (IFS): Longer-term approaches to address how the past shapes the present and ultimately relieve depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): A research-supported approach to address Borderline Personality Disorder, substance use conditions, and eating disorders. 
  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP): A somatic approach to using physical symptoms to gain emotional insight and more deeply process trauma symptoms.  
  • Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT): Standardized approaches to couples therapy to address relational stressors including infidelity repair, recurring conflict, conflicting goals, and intimacy problems.  


  • $180 per 50-minute session for individuals 
  • $200 per 50-minute session for couples 
  • I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer
