My holistic approach reconnects the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to reclaim yourself and live the life you want. Sometimes we need someone who “sees” us, understands us, and is able to partner with us in our struggles. My Advanced Trauma Training focuses on long-term holistic healing where I customize my therapy to YOU, eclectically using the many pieces of training in my therapy toolbelt - Somatics, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal, and EMDR. 
It's important to feel comfortable & safe with whomever you work with. Finding a therapist requires a deep alliance & healing hinges on that therapeutic relationship. When you're struggling, that relationship becomes even more important. Sometimes it's hard to take the first step and ask for help. I honor you reaching out and moving towards wellness.

Certificate, Clinical Psychology - Fielding Graduate University - Key coursework providing a foundational basis of Clinical Psychology through an APA-accredited clinical psychology Ph.D. program focused on mastering knowledge related to Critical Thinking, Scholarly Writing, Clinical Psychology, Statistics, and Research Methods.
