Hello, my name is Sherry Moore,

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Social Worker (RSW).

Are you struggling with mental health and/or addiction? Have you experienced trauma in your life? Are you having relationship issues? Is stress overwhelming you? Have you had an overwhelming loss? If you answer yes to any of these and want some support to create change, then I can help.

I am passionate about helping individuals srtuggling with addictions, trauma and mental health make changes in their lives that allow them to live the life they desire. I work with the whole person, bio, psycho, social and sprititual aspects of oneself and take a bottoms up approach to healing trauma. I'm trained in treating attachment trauma and PTSD using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I will always do my best to crerate a safe and compassionate envirionment for you. I believe building a trusting relationship is the foundation for the therapeutic relationship to work.
