As a registered psychotherapist, I am committed to helping you overcome life’s challenges with a compassionate, collaborative approach that fosters growth and healing.

With years of experience, I specialize in using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a proven method that prioritizes secure, meaningful connections in our relationships and within ourselves. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or addiction, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to make positive changes.

In my work with couples and individuals, I use EFT to explore how emotional patterns shape interactions and influence behaviors. By identifying and addressing these underlying patterns, I help clients create lasting, positive shifts in their relationships. With couples, we’ll work together to deepen understanding and improve communication, fostering a secure attachment and rekindling intimacy. I also assist individuals in building more fulfilling relationships by recognizing and modifying the cycles that may be preventing them from fully connecting with others or feeling satisfied within themselves.

For clients struggling with addiction, I understand that addiction is often a response to emotional pain, trauma, or unmet needs. My approach integrates EFT to explore the emotional roots that fuel addictive behaviors, offering a nonjudgmental environment where we can address these issues with empathy and insight. Together, we’ll uncover underlying factors and develop healthier coping mechanisms that not only reduce dependence on substances or behaviors but also support a more balanced and fulfilling life. My aim is to help clients regain control, build resilience, and find a sense of inner peace.
