I USE AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH USING EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES SUCH AS COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) AND DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT) IN COLLABORATION WITH HUMANISTIC THERAPY. BY DEVELOPING HEALTHY COPING STRATEGIES AND RECEIVING SUPPORT FEEDBACK, YOU CAN ACHIEVE INCREASED INSIGHT, IMPROVE SELF-AWARENESS, AND CREATE A GREATER SENSE OF OVERALL HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIFE.
