Tiffany is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. She holds a Master of Education Degree in Counselling Psychology with a focus on Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling from the University of British Columbia. Tiffany accepts private pay referrals, extended health benefits, and is an approved clinical counselor for ICBC claims and Medavie Blue Cross. With a unique blend of expertise as both a clinical counsellor and vocational specialist, Tiffany is dedicated to supporting individuals who are off work due to mental health challenges, helping them navigate their recovery with the ultimate goal of a successful return to work. She has years of experience working as a clinical counsellor in private practice, conducting medical legal vocational assessments, and served as a vocational rehabilitation counsellor at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre.
Specializing in treatment related to anxiety / depression / PTSD / trauma / concussion / life transitions / workplace stressors, Tiffany provides guidance through the complexities of mental health and employment transitions. She works closely with clients, insurance companies, and occupational therapists specializing in mental health and return-to-work programs, ensuring a collaborative and client-centered approach. Her work is tailored to provide individualized support, resources, and strategies that promote sustainable recovery, participation in daily living activities, reintegration into community, and return to workforce.  By integrating clinical counselling with vocational rehabilitation, Tiffany offers a valuable and holistic service that enhances mental well-being while empowering individuals to regain their independence and professional productivity. She provides a supportive and non-judgemental environment for clients to feel safe to explore and work through their issues. Tiffany is highly experienced in grief and loss counselling, pregnancy loss, anger management, anxiety and stress management, critical incident response and debriefing, job coaching, and career counselling. Her practice spans a wide range of age groups, including teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors, reflecting her broad and compassionate approach to mental health and wellness. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Beyond her clinical practice, Tiffany is also a professional Polynesian dancer specializing in Hawaiian, Tahitian, Māori, and Cook Islands dance. As both a performer and an assistant teacher, she participates in local and international events throughout the year.
