Trish is a registered psychotherapist, Canadian certified counsellor, and psychometrist with over 10 years of experience in different areas of therapy. - Mindfulness: To consider the here and now, bringing you a sense of ease from a mindful perspective that will help you cope with life stresses
- ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy): Embrace your thoughts and feelings, rather than fighting or feeling guilty for them. In doing so, you fully accept your values and goals with flexibility in the current moment.
- Narrative Therapy: Learning new ways to reconsider your story and how to review your journey moving positively forward in life
- Parenting Coaching: To assist parents in difficult decisions and situations with their children, limiting the amount of conflict in the home.
- $130 (+HST) per 50-minute session, applies to all individual sessions (teens or adults)
- Kindred Hope Wellness will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company
- All payments are done by credit card
- Tele-counselling (by video or phone)
