How I Can Help
Life presents us with many challenges, and usually we can get through these difficult times on our own. Occasionally however, we've tried everything we know and it's still not working. This is when a little outside help can make the difference.
I will help you to get a clear understanding of the issues you are facing, work with you to develop a plan to achieve your goals, and support you in making lasting positive changes.
I work with women, men, couples, families, and youth and can help with depression, anxiety, loss, stress, trauma, childhood abuse and eating disorders. My private practice is located in downtown Vancouver.
Approaches
I uses a variety of therapeutic approaches through which, you do not have to struggle or 'try' to change your life or behavior, but rather, change just happens. My goal is to help you move through difficult issues as quickly and easily as possible. You will find yourself feeling better, more confident and moving through life in healthier and more empowered ways.

Food Addiction/Compulsive Eating

I have a special interest in helping people suffering with issues around food and eating. Having experienced issues with food myself, I understand how difficult it is to battle with food and eating every day. I use the new technique, Lifespan Integration, which promotes rapid healing. Through this approach, the issues that make people vulnerable to eating disorders are resolved, reducing the compulsion to eat and increasing self esteem. People find themselves less interested in food and losing weight without having to try to control their eating.

Professional Qualifications
I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychology Association.
