Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is a leading provider of addiction and mental health treatment services near Pensacola, Florida. We provide care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use or mental health concerns. Programs at Twelve Oaks Recovery Center include medically monitored drug and alcohol detox, residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for addiction, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for addiction, and treatment programs specific to members of the military and first responders.
 
Our residential programs consist of individualized treatment that addresses addiction, mental health concerns, and co-occurring disorders when present. The duration of our residential mental health treatment program ranges from 30-60 days, but the actual length of time that someone spends in treatment is determined based on their individual needs. We offer programs targeted at treating anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, and PTSD. Patients who have other mental health conditions and concerns may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
 
We also offer treatment programs for people who are struggling with addictions to substances such as alcohol, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, meth, prescription drugs, and synthetic marijuana. Our treatment plans are highly customized and are designed to meet the unique needs of each client. PHP is available to clients who have already completed the residential program or who require a reduced level of monitoring. PHP clients live on-site and adhere to a 30-day program that runs Monday through Friday for six hours each day. All patients receive detailed aftercare plans and are encouraged to join our vibrant alumni community upon completion of treatment.
 
At Twelve Oaks Recovery Center, clients follow a carefully structured daily schedule. Mornings begin with meditation and group therapy sessions. After lunch, clients meet with specific therapy groups that are outlined in their treatment plans. Evenings involve a required on-site 12-Step meeting and additional optional group sessions. Our treatment center also hosts Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Cocaine Anonymous meetings. Remaining free time can be spent doing activities like walking on the beach, playing beach volleyball, or exercising in our gym.
 
Our approach to addiction and mental health treatment involves using a multidisciplinary variety of therapies. We offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and experiential therapies. Clients can participate in process groups, educational lectures, circle groups, recreational therapy, holistic therapies, 12-Step support groups, and more. Our seaside location on the Emerald Coast allows for unique recreational activities, including a ropes course, beach activities, kayaking, bonfires, and swimming.
