My Approach to Helping You
Are you unsure of how to break free from anxiety, depression, or negative thoughts or relationship patterns? Are past experiences negatively affecting the present? Perhaps you're feeling ready to finally make some changes?
I offer psychotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy to help you find relief from emotional pain.
By working together we can create new opportunities for change by unleashing your natural potential for healthy connections with yourself and others.
Maybe you're experiencing worry and depression, feeling empty or dissatisfied with life? Therapy, with the right therapist, can be life and relationship changing.
In our work together, it's important to me that you feel truly listened to and understood. I think you will find therapy with me to be a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate place where you can share your concerns, thoughts, feelings, and fears.
Once we understand your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, and relationship patterns, we can work together to find ways to make the changes you would like. It's very important to me to provide that safe space for healing to occur. Then, together, we'll identify and build upon your strengths, wisdom, and resiliency as your life becomes more satisfying and enjoyable.
