Zahra Halfal, M.A. Marriage & Family Therapy

Zahra Halfal View Specialties

Come as you are—tender, tired, or holding on. Healing begins with presence, not perfection. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, holding a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. But beyond the credentials, I’m someone who deeply believes in the healing power of connection—within ourselves, and with those we love. My approach integrates emotion-focused, attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and somatic practices. What that means is: we explore your story, your body’s wisdom, your relationships, and the tender places you’ve been hurt—while building trust, resilience, and a renewed sense of self-worth. Healing begins with being met—in curiosity, compassion, and belief in your growth. I’m here—for the unravelling and the becoming.

I bring gentleness, sensitivity, silliness, and compassion to my work. Outside therapy, I enjoy comfort meals, relaxing travel, hot tea, inspiring quotes, horror movies, and laughter with friends and family.
