To the outside world your life looks great. But behind the forced smiles and fake selfies, something is wrong, and it has been for a while. Underneath the facade you are deeply, excruciatingly, not okay.

SPECIALIZATIONS:

Dr. Gammon is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor who specializes in working with people who are struggling with:
  • Anxiety
  • Pornography Addiction
  • Couples Recovering from Infidelity

BENEFITS OF THERAPY:

Clients benefit working with Dr. Gammon when they come to therapy ready to work and get down to business. Dr. Gammon's clients appreciate his direct and straightforward approach. He works to laser-focus on what clients need and how to get them the answers they're looking for, which means you aren't going to spent years in therapy with him tip-toeing around major issues. Most clients benefit from a short-term treatment approach (typically around 18-20 sessions, spread between weekly, bi-weekly, and eventually monthly appointments.

You'll maximize the short time together by:
  • Coming up with objective and measurable goals at your first appointment.
  • Using questionnaires, assessments, and sometimes "homework" assignments between appointments to keep you on track.
  • Learning from those assignments outside of the session to look at real results.

GETTING STARTED WITH THERAPY:

Trying to find a therapy shouldn't be as difficult as the issues that bring you to therapy. Take a look around at most therapists websites, and you'll find they use a bunch of lingo that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to people in the real world.

You’re looking for a therapist who gets it, who knows what they’re talking about and isn’t going to think less of you because of the crap you’ve been through. At this point, you’ve probably Googled ten or fifteen different things trying to find the best solution. Then, you probably had to look through a lot of different blurbs about therapists before realizing they all kind of just sound the same.

With Dr. Gammon, it's different. He doesn't believe in using a bunch of "therapist jargon" to try to impress you, nor does he want you to think all the titles he holds or letters after his last name make him an expert on everything. What he's most interested in is you, and helping you find real, long-lasting results.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. GAMMON:
Let's get real for a minute. Chances are you're probably here because you feel like there's no hope left. And if we're being honest, looking for help from a therapist might just be your last ditch effort before giving up and throwing in the towel. Whether you're here because life is a constant mess and everything is always falling apart, or because you aren't sure where else to turn, you've come to the right place.
My guess is that you've already tried everything you know how to do but it feels like you just can't seem to get it right. How many times have you laid in bed at night, staring at the ceiling, wondering how life got so screwed up? As you're lying there, how many different scenarios are you running through in your mind because you're still trying to figure out how to make it work on your own?
Depression has replaced contentment. Anxiety is where fun used to be. Silence is all that's left of a life that used to be happy and filled with joy. When did life get so hard?

- You want to actually go through a day without feeling like a failure.
- You're dying to just find some freaking peace.
- The thought of living like this for another day is making you miserable.

Getting started is easy. Simply send me an email, call our office, or skip the phone call and schedule your appointment online here quickly and conveniently. You don't have to keep feeling this way. It's time to get your life back.
