Anger tells us that something is wrong, or that we're being mistreated, for example. Anger gives us needed information, so we will not let others abuse us. But when anger turns to rage, it becomes destructive! Anger is an emotion, a feeling only. Rage is a behavior that includes yelling, name-calling, throwing things, punching holes in walls, driving recklessly. Rage is dangerous to us & others. We're born with anger, just as we're born with other emotions. We are not born with rage. Rage happens when anger and resentment build up over a period of time. You don't have to keep living with rage. If you're ready to take an honest look at things and do some work, I can help.
