I specialize in online parent coaching with the goal of helping you and your family have a closer more intimate relationship. After 11 years of working with children and families, I have concluded that this is the most effective way I can support families because you parents are the leaders of your home. I work with everyone in the family (mom, dad, kids, grandparents, and anyone living at home.) Using a systems approach, I teach communicate skills, look at patterns in the family, underlying issues that may cause your family to be stuck which will improve your relationships.

In family therapy, I aim to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. Sometimes all family members are present, but that is not always possible or necessary. By adjusting the viewpoint of problems as patterns of behaviors that need adjusting, and improving communication skills, families can strengthen and resolve conflict in a more peaceful way.
