We can develop your insight and your emotional intelligence in order to bring you a life of more peace and better relationships.

I will teach you how to identify your triggers, examine your "anger chain of actions" and develop strategies to help you feel more in control of the situation and able to think and see clearly even in the most strenuous of times.
