Biblical and Christian Counseling in 62664: Mason City, IL.

We have therapists that take a Christian approach in therapy and adhere to Bible-based counselling. We often talk about the bio-psycho-social spiritual. However, many times the spiritual part is left out of the discussion when it can be a great component of the human experience. We use Chrisitan counseling to explore past hurts and traumas that may have even happened in the church and then, we reprocess those experiences.

One of the descriptions of Jesus was as the mighty counselor. He placed himself among the hurting, sick, disabled, confused, rejected, and downhearted offering them hope, grace, kindness, and help. I attended Lincoln Christian Seminary and completed a Chaplaincy internship to understand to the best of my ability how to use faith in helping others heal and find wholeness.
