I support people in their desire to make positive, lasting changes in their lives. I teach them skills they can use to draw on their own strengths to make those changes. I meet clients where they currently are, and then help them get where they want to be.

I specialize in customizing treatment for anxiety disorders, especially obsessive-compulsive and panic disorders, as well as depression, for children and adults. Christian counseling is preferred but I can remain secular. I follow a cognitive-behavioral model.
