All humans experience anger, the key is how we manage and reflect anger in ourselves and to others. I will help you evaluate the emotions that drive your anger and help you find skills to manage it. We will look at your perceived benefits and disadvantages, examine thoughts that drive your anger, find new ways and skills to deflect anger, and hopefully begin to diminish the intensity of your anger.

Anger really isn't the problem. It's the symptom. If you deal with the problem, the anger goes away; at least in it's destructive form. We all have anger. How much, what we hope to accomplish, and the harm it does is the real problem. Anger is either about hurt or fear. It reveals a threat to us, even in hurt. There is an underlying paradigm that we will shift to deal with it.

Anger is an extremely important emotion. There's nothing wrong with feeling angry, it's what we do with our anger that gets us in trouble. If you are angry that is a sign of distress. You aren't angry without a reason. I would like to be able to help you understand those reasons and find a place for your anger. I will help you to gain insight into the reasons you are angry and find healthy ways in which to communicate and manage your anger so that it doesn't keep you from the relationships that you desire or interfere and disrupt your life.
