I have extensive experience with Christian mentoring and enjoy helping my faith based clients connect more deeply to God while learning about themselves. I believe deeply that there is no conflict between the Christian faith and investing in one’s mental health. Positive tools like therapy only serve to further enhance one’s relationship with God and the ability to live a fulfilled, spiritual life. Since I have a Masters, Doctorate, and A Doctor of Divinity in the Theology field and then a Ph.D I use these insights to your advantage. Also I rely heavily on prayer and praying with you at each session. I have developed these fields so I can understand what and how you believe and how it is effecting you and others. A very large part of one's life is spiritual. We may choose to hide from this fact, but the truth is the truth. I do not see my role as changing your values, but may suggest in an area of some other ways to consider. After all, how and what we think is the way we act out our lives. I have worked with most all different religions and understand theire process.
