Mount Vernon Family Therapy Associates helps families, couples, adults and children by providing a warm, safe, confidential place to explore their inner worlds, and help them connect more deeply with the outer world. We aim to help people have better relationships now.

Working with us you'll get results. Because we believe you're best served by a clinician who's passionate about not only their work, but who they work with as well. That's why Lifebulb exists - our therapists truly enjoy their work, so you get the highest quality care.

I help adults and older adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, OCD, depression and self-sabotaging behaviors find relief and gain control. I use CBT, Hypnosis, EFT & NLP. I also work extensively with couples to restore communication and relationships.

Do you feel stuck in life? Are you happy in your relationships? Struggling with an addictive behavior? We can help. Appointments are available within 24-48 hours of your first contact with us. Licensed in VA, MD, WV, & DC.
