I work with men and women who have reached the stage of life when they should "have it all", but something seems missing. Men who have trouble expressing emotions and women struggling to balance all life hands them will find help through empathetic therapy with me.

I help adults and older adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, OCD, depression and self-sabotaging behaviors find relief and gain control. I use CBT, Hypnosis, EFT & NLP. I also work extensively with couples to restore communication and relationships.
