Your values, morals, and ethics are your code to happy, healthy living. Living in line with these brings joy and contentment...always. Living out of line with your values brings distress. I specialize in working with the Jewish community and welcome individuals of different faiths to reach out. My approach supports clients who are connected religiously, not religious, culturally connected, or faith oriented. Wherever you find meaningful connection in faith, I support. We will infuse this in your healing path.

I leverage a solution-based approach to clearly outline your primary challenge, work through an exercise to meditate on and define your future state and then work over 8 sessions to achieve it via homework and 1:1 sessions. Clients have experienced great success with this approach, my goal is to empower you - YOU have the answers and I want to help you find them.

Christian Counseling can take you into a peaceful setting, for you to be at your inner-self. My private environment, and private office will help heal any irrational thoughts you might have. At times a commercial setting can be irritating and uncomfortable to be at peace. Certainly we might find God to be the answer, but, we have to first find ourselves and inner feelings to strenghtened any irrational thoughts to rational thoughts.

Having a religious philosophy can benefit clients with these views. Worldview and Philosophy are powerful inner beliefs that clients possess. Chris has worked with many clients with Christian beliefs by respecting beliefs and integrating this into powerful and solutions oriented counseling. For example...." The quote talks about looking at ourselves before we judge others. The concept can be identified as lets look at ourselves before we blame others. This works well in individual or couples therapy to have clients look at their own motivations.
