I have been a Psychologist for 20 plus years. About 10 years ago, I took training in Pastoral Formation. After completing this program, I have been the chair of a Mental Health Ministry at a Catholic Church. Did you know that one of the best psychology books ever written was the Bible. In my therapy with clients who are open to their Christianity, we explore the use of their spirituality to help heal their wounds and create more fulfilled and meaningful life with " God" as the engine behind their personal power. The power of the spirit can enable tremendous personal and systemic growth and change.

There are many paths to the Truth and different faiths that guide people on that meaningful journey. I have enormous respect for seeking the truth and finding your faith to guide you. Your values, morals, and ethics are your code to happy, healthy living. Living in line with these brings joy and contentment...always. Living out of line with your values brings distress. I specialize in working with the Jewish community and welcome individuals of different faiths to reach out.
