I provide a comfortable and secure place to discuss your concerns, feelings and goals. I help families gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the issues, and work collaboratively with them to build effective communication skills, reduce conflict and promote growth.

Often time a family loses cohesiveness due to life stressors, difference of life goals and age related stages each member is going through. Even though it may seem like one member is the main "problem" it effects all members and takes cooperative effort to improve communication and improve the family's quality of life. Let me assist you in achieving this goal.

My background is in MST or multi systemic Family Therapy. I believe that in some cases, the family system can be very vital to the mental health and emotional well- being of each person in the family. Everything with family work depends on the goals of the people involved. I do sessions with individuals and families within the system to better support the family unit and work with all parties to assist in fostering a more positive relationship, or less dysfunctional relationship, to preserve the family system. I also do parent and teen counseling to better support the family dynamic in concert with parent work to support parents and teens in their goals
