Christian counseling, also known as Christian therapy or biblical counseling, combines Christian faith and principles with psychological and therapeutic techniques. It is administered by mental health professionals with training in Christian theology and the Bible's teachings. The purpose of Christian counseling is to assist individuals in addressing their emotional, psychological, and spiritual difficulties while integrating their Christian beliefs and values into the therapeutic process. Christian counseling is not a substitute for traditional mental health therapy or medical treatment.

I completed my training at Ashland Seminary and am happy to incorporate your Christian faith into the counseling process. It is not my job to judge or condemn anyone but I have found the most meaningful and transforming work happens when we incorporate our Christian faith.
