Biblical and Christian Counseling in 18851: Warren Center, PA.

Faith and spirituality can provide comfort and meaning to those guided by their beliefs. I was raised in a Christian household myself so I have an appreciation for the values instilled by religion, the importance of tradition, and the strength of community. My approach to counseling is humanistic and welcoming of all spiritualities. Though I do not incorporate any specific pastoral counsel, I encourage my spiritual clients to draw on their beliefs during the counseling process.

I use a client-centered approach to support individuals, couples, and families in cultivating strengthened relationships with self and others. Partners will learn evidenced-based interventions to manage conflict, improve communication, build intimacy, and explore how spirituality or religion inform your shared values, family rituals, and the culture of your marriage.

I spent three years in seminary, one at the undergraduate level and two at the graduate level. The latter two years were spent in Rome, Italy studying at the Gregorian University, a Jesuit institution. In my practice I welcome my clients to share their spiritual concerns (or not, as they please) as we collaborate to reaching measurable wellness goals. I welcome clients of all spiritual perspectives and persuasions to engage in these reflections.
