We’ll learn what motivates you to choose the behavior or addiction. If your loved one has an addiction, we’ll learn actions for you to care for yourself and be healthier. We’ll learn about your feelings and what causes you to avoid them. We’ll explore healthy ways of dealing with your feelings. You’ll have a safe place to experience healthy relationship.

Dr. Wielemaker is familiar with and studies 12 step programs. He prides himself in the ability to work in conjunction with a support group and sponsor. If you are dealing with issues of addiction, in any form, I encourage you to reach out! I definitely recommend getting a sponsor and being apart of a 12 step program, as they are free and the very best support.

Addiction is the prison and you live inside it. Addiction seems to be the one thing ruling your life. I do not work with clients that are actively engaging in their addiction. If you have gone through a recovery program and are attending AA, NA, or another support group to actively work your recovery program, please be in touch.
