When asked to incorporate a biblical perspective into therapy, I am more than happy to do this. I became a born-again Christian early in my youth. Since I have walked with the Lord for a long time, I have also fallen a time or two, which makes therapy all that richer. There's no judgement, just honest truths that can feel relatable.
