I believe God created us for relationship and that good relationships take effort. I incorporate listening skills, attachment styles, relational skills, and biblical principles into my family therapy. I believe that it is necessary for us to make the relationship more important than any issue we may have with a person. Forgiveness is key and possible when we choose to let Jesus heal the wound.

We focus on enhancing family communication while discouraging disruptive, dysfunctional, or demeaning behaviors. We also help families to develop healthy boundaries to protect and preserve relationships in the family.
