Our family of origin, ethnicity, faith tradition, education, past and current friends and relationships, past and current jobs, etc. all combine and blend to create our “stuff” we bring into our present. When our “stuff” blocks a family culture that mutually fosters emotional and physical safety, relationships break down and problems arise. My approach creates insight to the “stuff” that we need to keep and need to throw out; allowing for space to rebuild a family culture of respect, trust, connection, fun, and love.
