Your family is made up of the family you came from, the family you have created (marriage, children, inlaws) and those who feel like family (close friends, work, church, clubs). I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who can help you and others in your "family" work out troubling issues.

Family Therapy is crucial in helping families improve their communication with one another. My goal for family therapy is to create a safe and respectful atmosphere for all members to feel heard. Active listening exercises and activities are strategically used to help better bridge family members together. My goal is for each family member to have a voice and participate in their therapy.
