I have 30 years experience with couples. Healthy relationships are the defining feature of a happy life. I help couples to be respectful, intelligent and productive in all their interactions. This has proven to be the foundation of a strong and effective couple life.

I offer Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, and Conscious Kink.

I work with families in my West Kelowna office, on Zoom, and also consult in schools. I am a Counsellor/Consultant who uses proven Applied Behaviour Analysis and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques. I also conduct intensive family intervention sessions.

Infidelity recovery is one of my specialties, particularly supporting the partner who has been betrayed. I have provided counselling to couples recovering from an affair as well as those who have decided to leave and can help you make sense of the steps to recovery.

The focus of my practice is couples and family therapy, including high conflict, blended families, and separated families. I have advanced training in Systemic Family Therapy, and Gottman Level 1 Trained. I write Views of the Child and Hear the Child Reports.
