I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.

We'll work together to help you unhook from difficult experiences, such as painful memories, emotions, or symptoms, so that they have less control over you. It is my goal to help you build a meaningful life and be the type of person you want to be.

I am a counsellor-therapist, previously trained as a lawyer, social worker, family mediator and vocational assessor. I provide counselling services in different categories of concerns, which may include emotional health, couple/family conflicts, and workplace issues
