My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

Life can feel heavy, and carrying it all alone is exhausting. We offer a space where you can set it down for a while, talk about what’s weighing on you, and be met with care, heard with compassion, and supported in finding your next steps, online or in person.

Every person struggles at some point in life. There is such strength in both recognizing, and taking the first steps toward healing and change. As an Integrative Therapist, Phyllis will use the approach that is most likely to bring about the desired change.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
