I am a counsellor-therapist, previously trained as a lawyer, social worker, family mediator and vocational assessor. I provide counselling services in different categories of concerns, which may include emotional health, couple/family conflicts, and workplace issues

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.
