Hello! I specialize in working with motivated individuals who are looking to better their lives. I specialize in working with men on stress, anxiety, depression, reactivity,and relationship issues and utilize CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamics in my work.

I provide a supportive, compassionate space to navigate bipolar, psychosis, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and all of life’s challenges with experienced and evidence-based care.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
